In 2005 I collapsed at work with chest pains. At the hospital, the doc told me to quit smoking and lose weight. So I did!

I turned up in a gym in Cambridge, spent 2 weeks aimlessly using the equipment until a personal trainer took pity on me :0)
I started to gain some muscle and got the bug.
Took up boxing next and loved it but still didn’t really lose much weight.
Started running and finally lost some weight. Got quite good eventually competing for Great Britain Age Group at triathlon.
Spent the next 4 years feeling terrible despite training 15 hours a week.
Muffin top and moobs wouldn’t shift though.

Then eventually I figured out what was going on.
I was Chronically Inflamed
This was the game changer.
I spent the next 3 years learning, testing and being coached what this was.

I now help people to get back into shape and start enjoying life again.
