WHY WORK WITH ME?

I have a unique data-driven approach that actually tests your body to see what we need to work on.

  1. I test you using my BioTekna kit. This is a simple 2 minute test that checks your true body fat, inflammation, bone, muscle, water, cortisol levels.
  2. We look at what your optimal levels are and create a plan to hit your targets. i.e. lose 10 kgs of fat in 20 weeks.
  3. We work together in the gym, on your nutrition and on any supplements you may consider. You will be tested weekly to see what is working and what isn’t.
  4. We test , measure, tweak and you hit your target!

This method has worked with lots of clients and is totally different to the traditional ‘do three sessions a week and hope it works’ approach!

The benefits are that you will be empowered to make better decisions on sustainable lasting change.

It will probably be cheaper in the long term.
